Attention Deerwood Homeowners:
On January 4, 2010,  there was a glitch in the accounting system regarding your monthly HOA association payment.  Some accounts , belonging to homeowners subscribing to the automatic debit option, will notice the monthly fee was debited twice.
Target is  correcting th e error today, January 5, 2010.

Architecture Committee Meeting Dates in 2010:
• 2010 dates have not been announced
The Committee meets 7:00 at the Deerwood Clubhouse (Card Room).

Rules Committee Meeting Dates
• 4th Thursday of each month, 7:30PM, at the Clubhouse

Proof of Insurance
The following Insurance Companies have supplied the HOA with the needed proof of insurance as per the Deerwood Covenants:

Liberty Mutual, High Point, Allstate, State Farm, Empire Fire and Marine, Travelers, USAA, Cumberland Mutual and First Trenton Indemnity.

REMINDER ABOUT REMOVING VEHICLES DUE TO THE SNOW STORM
This is a reminder that the residents of Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills East, and
Deerwood remove all vehicles fro the roadway in the event of a snowstorm in
which significant snowfall is expected. The National Weather Service is
anticipating a major snow storm starting late Friday night January 5, 2010.
Please have your vehicles removed from the roadway so that the plow trucks can
clear the roads. Please pass on to all your neighbors. For more information, you

removal". Thank you for your cooperation.
